All our new properties which we build require no heat requirement and do not have central heating installed.

Due to continually rising fuel costs we at Energytek are constantly looking forwards to more economical and renewable heat methods.

On new builds we utilise Scandanavian heat recovery ventilation systems reducing heating costs by 40-60%.

On existing oil/gas central heating systems we are using wood pellet boilers which can reduce running costs by 30-50%.

With a fixed price on pellets for two years this could pay for the new boiler cost in the first 4-7 years.

Energytek have been involved in Social Housing refurbishment work for 20 years working closely with local authorities and housing associations.
